I am trying to decide what it is that I want to do with my house. We need some more room and I am thinking about the best way to get that space. Basically we could build an extension, do a loft conversion or improve the basement. The loft is a great storage area at the moment and we use our entire garden so we are not that keen on extending. We do not want to move as we have done a lot of work on our home and we really like it. So it seems that the basement may be the best option. It is a bit damp down there because the window wells leak and so they will need replacing. I think that it will not be that costly compared to extending or converting and so it is a good option as far as that is concerned. I think the price of a basement window well seems to be pretty reasonable and so I am researching companies that can do this for us and hoping that we will be able to find someone local. I hope that they will be able to start quite quickly as well because I am now getting all excited about the extra space that I will have and how I am going to decorate the room.

I am just in my first trimester of pregnancy and very nervous this time around. I guess al women who are experiencing pregnancy after miscarriage would be the same. I am crossing my fingers really hard this time and looking after myself extra well, taking supplements and eating well, doing moderate exercise and avoiding smoke and alcohol. I am really looking forward to giving birth and then I know that it will be over and that the baby will be okay. I suppose my confidence will grow as the baby gets bigger. I know that some babies are born early and they still do okay and I do not know whether anything nasty will happen this time around. I am crossing my fingers and trying not to think about things too much at the moment. Am being careful and trying to stay calm, without unnecessary stress and so avoiding thinking about even being pregnant would seem like the safest thing to do. However, the morning sickness I am getting is making it rather tricky! I am just trying to focus on eating healthily and keeping it down and not trying to think about why it is important to be doing so. Hopefully things will go well.
